Can I get a custom size? +
Yes — almost everything we make can be produced in a different size and in different materials. Whether you want something bigger, smaller, or in a completely different material such as oak instead of birch ply, or brass instead of mild steel — just get in touch via the contact form below and we'll give you a quote. There's no minimum order.
Can items be personalised? +
Absolutely. Many of our pieces can have names, dates, initials or custom text added. Tell us what you'd like in the contact form and we'll let you know what's possible.
What materials do you use? +
We work with a wide range of materials including reclaimed and premium birch plywood, MDF, hardwoods such as oak, walnut and pine, mild steel, solid brass, acrylic, leather, slate, stone, cardboard and more. Many pieces use partly reclaimed materials — we'll always tell you what goes into your item. If you have a specific material in mind just ask.
Do you do commercial or trade cutting? +
Yes — we have a large format Gweike laser and take on commercial cutting work for businesses and trade customers. See our Commercial section for details or get in touch to discuss your project.
Do you ship outside the UK? +
We're based in Yorkshire and primarily ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK and interested in an item, drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.

1. About Us
YCR CutWorkS is a trading name operated by Steve Garbutt, based in Yorkshire, UK. We produce bespoke laser-cut art, home décor and related products. Contact: steve@yorkshire-car-restoration.co.uk
2. Made to Order
All products are made to order. Lead times are typically 5–10 working days unless otherwise stated. We will contact you to confirm your order details before production begins.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order will be the price charged.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely via PayPal. Full payment is required before production begins. We do not store any payment card details.
5. Cancellations & Returns
As all items are made to order, cancellations must be requested before production begins. Once production has started we are unable to offer a refund. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.
6. Delivery
We ship primarily within the UK. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We package all items carefully but please inspect your parcel upon arrival.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images and content on this website are the property of YCR CutWorkS unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our products are decorative items intended for indoor display. They are not suitable for children under 14 unless stated otherwise. Natural materials such as wood may vary in grain, colour and texture — this is a feature of the material and not a defect. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, YCR CutWorkS shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Privacy
We collect only the personal information necessary to process your order and respond to enquiries. We will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. By using this website you agree to our use of contact information as described above.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
